Have mastered forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, round offs, back extension rolls, Backwalkovers, frontwalkovers, backhandspring drills. Working on spotted backhandspring, double backhandsprings, backwalkover backhandspring, round off backhandsprings, cartwheel backhandsprings, frontwalkover round off backhandsprings, round off backhandspring stepout round off backhandspring/ x2 backhandspring, back tuck drills and spotted back tucks.

 

LEVEL 3 AND 4

Have mastered forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, round offs, back extension rolls, Backwalkovers, frontwalkovers, backhandspring drills, spotted backhandspring, double backhandsprings, backwalkover backhandspring, round off backhandsprings, cartwheel backhandsprings, frontwalkover round off backhandsprings, round off backhandspring stepout round off backhandspring/ x2 backhandspring, back tuck drills and spotted back tucks. Working on standing tucks off tramp alone, off panel mat alone, on cheese alone, light spot on floor, backhandspring tuck standing, round off backhandspring tuck, round off tuck, cartwheel tuck, punch front, frontwalkover round off backhandspring tuck. Frontwalkover round off backhandspring step out round off backhandspring tuck, front handsprings, working layout drills, layouts on tumble track.

 

LEVEL 4 AND 5
